As the Brand Specialist at Valiant Residential, I play a pivotal role in curating rebrands for clients undergoing changes at their properties. These rebrands may stem from property acquisitions, reputation management needs, or the incorporation of new assets that reshape the property's identity.

Process

In the naming phase, I dive into market research, explore nearby trends, and uncover local hotspots, proposing a curated set of name options. Moving to the concept stage, I present three distinct ideas, refining the chosen one collaboratively. With the direction set, I execute the full brand identity, aligning every element with the new vision. Upon approval, the rebrand extends to a total community makeover, including a new website, revamped social media, updated monument signs, and print collateral—a complete refresh for a revitalized property image.
